Message	the earth is water. Plus we all know how dry this summer has been and farmers cant even keep crops alive with the lack of rain. Algae could be grown anywhere as long as you have a source to grow it but you could have it grown right at a refinery and cut down on the cost of fuel for tractors and to transport it from farm to refinery like corn.
